The Aude near Limoux and Carcassonne

A beautiful part of France. Mediterranean climate, sparsely populated and with a beautiful nature.

An hour from the Mediterranean Sea, but lakes are much closer. Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi are well known and not far. In winter the high skipistes are at 80 km, and the less high are halfway.

Here is for sale our house and 3 holiday cottages / gites. This on a terrain of 4,000 m2. It's easy to make 2 gites extra.
